Alamar Express. They produce an annual music, art, theater and

poetry festival Poesía Sin Fin in Cuba. They have taken part in the

Havana Biennial, and international exhibitions and festivals

throughout Cuba and Europe. OMNI has been the subject of three

documentaries. This is their first tour of the United States.

 Estuvieron fantásticos esta noche en el Baruch College en NYC. 

Con un mensaje directo, fuerte, sin "pelos en la lengua", digno. 

Sin ofensas y sobre todo, sin odio. Es palpable y admirable la enorme distancia 

que han logrado alcanzar del odio. Son realmente unos seres luminosos, las 

sombras corren aterradas cuando Omni Zona Franca entra en el lugar. El público 

era multicultural, incluyéndonos un grupo de cubanos que inmensamente 

disfrutamos de cada segundo de su presentación. Hubo un ambiente de amistad 

profunda, de solidaridad y sobre todo, hubo mucha luz, Omniluz. Los que vivimos 

en NY, pedimos Omni...ahora nos traen tres presentaciones en NYC. Tres tazas y 

una con "sombrero" (cazuela) en la cabeza. David D Omni nos hizo mover los pies,

 el cerebro y el corazón a todos con su música y se llenó de aplausos. Amaury 

Pacheco, con sombrero o sin sombrero es intenso, es un artista que te llega, que te 

capta, es como una luz magnética y talento. Luis Eligio D Omni estuvo espléndido, 

tuvimos la oportunidad de ver en persona, su gran prisma de talentos, todos 

radian luz. Los Omni NO se pierden en Manhattan, resaltan entre la innumerable 

multitud en las avenidas y las calles de esta gran metrópolis. Se dice que en los 

subways los miran con interés y asombro. Hay que ser muy OMNI para que eso 

suceda en la gran manzana. Les digo, tienen mucha luz.

Ted Henken y Zoya Kocur se encargaron de la presentación de Omni.
