OMNI's members in residence are: Amaury Pacheco (The republic
meditator), David D Omni(The Free-hoper) and Luis Eligio D Omni
(President Eligio)

Objective: To raise awareness and transform poetics of daily reality.


OMNI ZONA FRANCA is a multi-disciplinary group of artists from Alamar,
Cuba, collaborating since 1997. OMNI’s original style of performance
blends free hop music, rap, spoken word, video, graffiti, public
actions, and performance art. Their international alternative festival
Poesía Sin Fin will celebrate its 15th year in December. OMNI Zona
Franca’s creative fusion and energy has inspired young artists in Cuba
and around the world.




Zoya Kocur is an independent scholar based in New York. She has been
an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Art and Art Professions
at New York University and also at the Rhode Island School of Design
in Providence, Rhode Island. She is the former Associate Curator of
Education at the New Museum of Contemporary Art in New York City. She
holds a bachelors degree in Social Anthropology from Harvard
University and masters degree in Studio Art from New York University.
She received her doctorate from Middlesex University in London in
2013. Kocur's most recent books are "Global Visual Cultures: An
Anthology" (2011) and the second edition of "Theory in Contemporary
Art Since 1985" (2012) co-edited with Simon Leung.




About Glasshouse:
Glasshouse is the art-life-lab of artists Lital Dotan & Eyal Perry,
hosting artistic practices that are based on performance,
participatory and time based art in the domestic sphere.
Glasshouse in Williamsburg hosts performances, screenings, workshops,
residency program and special events, all dedicated to promote deeper
understanding of performative practices and social discourse.
